Orders can be placed online or by calling us at 888-508-0585. We normally ship the same or next business day that an order is received. Our shipping methods are United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If the address that you provide us with is not capable of accepting both forms of shipping, please let us know. For example-you provide us with a PO box, please let us know a physical address also so we can choose which address will be used to ship to. Our Free Shipping policy applies to shipments within the Contiguous US only. We are more than willing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada but do ask that you call us for shipping costs. Credit cards and PayPal are accepted as a method of payment. If you would like to place an order and pay with a Money Order, please call us. All locks come with a manufacturer warranty. All warranty issued must be addressed directly with Lockey Systems. If you need to return an item, for a reason other than warranty issues, please email us at customerservice@lockeystore.com. Return requests must be received within 15 days of shipment date. All returns will be subject to a 10% restock fee and must be returned in the same condition as you received them (brand new condition with all original hardware, paperwork, etc). We will not accept a return on a damaged or previously installed lock. The original shipping charges, that we paid, will also be deducted from your refund.
